GENERAL INFO BEFORE THE COMMISSION

I reserve every right to any and all work produced during commissions.
These rights include:
1. Complete ownership over the work I make, for both personal and commercial purposes.
2. Rights to share any work produced during a commission on my social media, my portfolio, website for advertising, etc.
3. I have the right to cancel the commission and refund the payment based on level of progress of the commission. Client can cancel the commission before any payment has been made.

If you fail to go by my terms, your commission will be declined/canceled.
I do not support the use of AI programs.

DURING THE COMMISSION'S PROCESS

• The commission process begins after we agree on everything.
• Please, provide as many references as possible.
Once the subject of the commission has been discussed, it's time to talk about payment:
• I only accept payment with PayPal goods and services invoices.
• I will only begin working on the commission after receiving 50% payment upfront.
• A full refund is only available if the sketch phase has not begun.
• After the sketch phase has begun, there will be no refunds.
• It's POSSIBLE TO SPLIT UP THE PAYMENT into smaller ones.
• After payment has been made, the art process begins, this means brainstorming ideas.
• Work in progress sketches will be provided for every step of the the process.
• Clients can request for wips in between those phases.
• Revisions during the whole process are free.
• Client cannot ask for revisions such as completely changing the base pose, outfit, character design, etc. after the sketch has been finalized.
• Regular updates will be provided in a timely manner unless there are any delays on my end, which the client will be informed about.
• Completion of this process will depend on complexity, number of characters involved, backgrounds or personal problems where I may require to take a break.
• Estimated turn around times will be provided to the client on a commission to commission basis.
• Commissions can be completed before or after stated turn around time in some cases.
• If the client stops responding remains out of contact for over 3 weeks, the commission will be considered cancelled and depending on how far the commission has progressed or whether or not payment has been fully or partially made, refunds may not be applicable.

AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE COMMISSION

• Once the artwork has been completed, I will provide you with 1 file of the final product, either PNG or a JPG. (up to the client).
• No refunds can be done after the finished artwork has been delivered.
• Under no circumstances may my signature be removed from any of my work.
• ALL COMMISSIONS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY!
• Commercial rights for commissions have to be discussed with me along with an extra fee of 100% of the base price.
• I am allowed to use commissioned work, the final product and unused designs to:
• Promote/advertise myself on any social media and/or my website.
• Add to my portfolio.
• Use as examples on my website to showcase previous commissions.

INFORMACE

Jsem studentkou oboru Česká filologie se zaměřením na editorskou práci ve sdělovacích prostředcích, takže se zaměřuji na korektoru textu a jeho vizuální stránku.1. Je zakázáno vkládat moji práci do jakéhokoliv AI nástroje, nebo ji editovat pomocí AI.
2. Mám právo svou práci sdílet na svých sociálních sítích a v portfoliu.
3. Cena zakázky se odvíjí od náročnosti, délky a typu textu.
4. Nebudu za klienta psát jakýkoliv tvůrčí text, pouze mu pomůžu s úpravou, gramatickou stránkou, a udělám proofreading.
5. Pokud bude klient požadovat korekturu textu, kterou se následně vydá, tak není povinností mě v tiráži zmiňovat.

JAK TO BUDE PROBÍHAT

• Na začátku se dohodneme, jaký typ práce klient požaduje.
• Platba se rozděluje na dvě části: 50 % částky před zahájením a 50 % po dodání.
• Platba jde rozdělit i na menší částky.
• Přijímám platby přes PayPal a QR kódy, nebo i převodem peněz na účet.
• Doba dodání upraveného textu se liší od konkrétní zakázky, přesnou dobu se klient dozví včas.
• Pokud na mé straně vznikne zpoždění s dodáním textu, ihned dám klientovi vědět a také mu řeknu novou dobu dodání.
• Pokud se klient přestane ozývat po dobu tří týdnů, tak se zakázka automaticky ruší. Pokud jsem v korektuře výrazně nepokročila, tak je možnost vrácení peněz.

PO DOKONČENÍ ZAKÁZKY

• Jakmile budu mít text hotový, tak jej pošlu klientovi ve formátu, který si sám vybere.
• Po odeslání textu už není možné vrátit peníze.
